I just read Vol. 12 (not on here, yet) and vol. 11 and 12 really become kinda boring. All the fun skills Maple got at first were interesting but now basically every strong player gets unique crazy totally OP skills and they’re nothing really special or fun to read about anymore. Of course the game developers ruin any kind of balance the game supposedly has, it becomes more and more unbelievable. In reality many players would have jumped ship if so many elite players get unique skills that nobody else can get.
Also it seems that Maple and Sally can beat every boss in the game as a duo, it takes some effort sometimes but they never lose or die. Also the story lacks any kind of progress. A new stratum with a new theme here, an event like wordwide PvP there. Else they just continue to play. The MMORPG simply has no background story or special AI NPCs or whatever.
So logically, if she doesn’t want to get hurt could she just not play the game at all?
I love this one so much.
It’s fast paced, alas one Vol. is way too short, fun, has likeable characters and overall just a lighthearted read. One of my favorites.
