It is progressing albeit at a very slow pace. It’s more in the background than a main focus.
at least romance of thief and flat elf progressed to marriage
and Lapis will get some rivals like one of deadly since and own mommy

I hope it will be worth the read because I checked out the manga and the first dungeon exploration felt drawn out as if it needed 2 whole volumes.
