So Kadokawa took down the project even tho there is no sign of it ever coming to be officially released on the west sometimes they can ge greddy i would have understanded if they planned on releasing it but the remmoval was from 2015 and so far nothing 🙁

Freaking DMCA tried to stop translation, yet official English translation haven’t even caught up. It’s already 2023 and still no official english translations for volume 18-22. If official sources aren’t gonna pick this up, let fans translate it at least.
This is the thing I don’t like about japanese. It feels like they don’t want others to read it, or just learn japanese.
It’s not just the anime. There’re many L’arc en ciel’s official mv videos deleted. Now, only live version are left, and based on how bad their live compare to their music is. I wonder if new gen teenagers will be able to know this legendary band. Even many jav also affected. Some I tried to find and figured, it’s being removed from r18, and unless I try my luck in Japan, I eternally will never have a chance to watch.
Like seriously, why do they need to kill their own legacy. I don’t understand.

I tried to join the group too, I truly love this light novel, if i could help to translate it i would love to try to, but my japanese is at n4 level so it is very basic
Dont bother. The one who started the FB group was the original fan translator but he eventually retired and it was picked up by another group that apparently charges people if they wanna read it. Besides that the group was eventually turned into an anime group in general and hardly makes mention of Nobuna related stuff outside of occasional updates on the translation.
